Sprintpcs ripoff consumer fraud ripoff Philadelphia Pennsylvania

I was a customer for sprintpcs for a year and the less I used the phone the more my bill was increased. I upgraded the plan twice and still my bill was more than I originally agreed to. The plan says pay 39.99 a month and every month my bill would be 89.00 or 99.00 when my agreement was up I decided not to renew my subscription with sprint and paid my final bill of 83.00, A month later I received a bill for 103.00 saying I had back bills and that is definately not true.

I called for the final balance and 83.00 was all the representitive told me so how if I no longer have the phone is my bill now 103.00 . Sprint is a total rip off I would tell anyone who wants to keep their money and does not want to be ripped off , Stay away from Sprint!!!!
