Spun.com Stole my Merchandise and Lied to Cover it Up Chicago, Illinois

According to our records, this issue was resolved 10/05/11 when we shipped the customer's unacceptable items us back to them.  We encourage all customers to contact us at customerservice@spun.com so that we may resolve any issues they may have.

When a customer places an order on Spun.com to sell us their CDs, DVDs, and games the quoted prices given for the items are for items in "Very Good" condition.  This is stated many places on our site and in the automated order confirmation emails.  Unfortunately many of the items the customer sent us were not in "Very Good" condition.  Many of the games had no artwork, just the disc was sent.  Many of the items were heavily scratched.  Unfortunately, items in this condition do not meet our customer's standards.  We only offer used items in very good condition for sale on our site.

"Quality Counts:  For the price displayed above, all compact discs sold to Spun must be in Mint or Very Good condition. Discs that have minor to moderate scratches will be accepted for 25% of the price quoted above. Promotional games will not be accepted. Games must have all original artwork, however we will accept games without the instruction manual. Discs cannot have deep scratches, be cracked, chipped, skipping, or missing artwork (a mark or hole in the UPC and jewel box is acceptable). We reserve the right to make these determinations.
