Spun.com rip off, deceptive, fraudulent, bait and switch, nothing for trade in, selling cd's Chicago Illinois

I received an e-mail today from Spun.com and apparently they want nothing but BRAND NEW, PRISTINE, QUALITY CD's. I've sent them over $100 of merchandise credit and I received e-mails detailing each CD as scratched and discounted as low as .03 cents to be purchased by them. This is their way of scamming and reselling your CD's after they give you a price; then they "evaluate" the item and determine that it is defective so they will give you EVEN LESS!!!
In short, AVOID them like AIDS. The Grundy Brothers (owners) are more like GRIMEY because of the scam they are running with people.

This customer has sold successfully to us a total of 8 times.
We are in the business of buying products from people and selling them to other customers. Everyone benefits because the seller gets money for something they no longer wanted, the buyer gets a great price on guaranteed quality used items and Spun gets a commission on the transaction. Naturally, we can't return items we have sold to someone else.
Conversely, all items which we reject and/or which we purchase at a reduced price due to scratching, are put aside for 30 days in case the customer wants them back. With this customer, all items that were checked in at a reduced payout due to scratching can and have been returned at his request. All items accepted at full value were paid for via PayPal (requested Pay Out method).
Our Acceptance Standards and Policies are provided throughout our site and in email correspondence. These policies were also stated in the Terms of Service acknowledged by the customer 01/01/2009 12:27AM. Spun.com has been in business for over 10 years and we take great pride in the services we provide. We have hundreds of thousands of satisfied customers.
