Square Up Device does not work, had to Pay Higher fees Internet

I used Square Up for the second time this weekend for a vendor show. Out of 15-20 transactions it only 2 worked times on their swipe Square Up device. For all other transactions I had to enter in the cards manually, which charges you a higher fee. I think their product is worthless and they do this so they can charge the higher fees.

Their device is JUNK, their customer service is TERRIBLE and their fees are higher than say Paypal.  DO NOT USE SQUARE UP! Both times I have used them, I can only get the reader to work once and then it is done. TERIBBLE product, TERRIBLE customer service and TERRIBLE fees! NEVER EVER AGAIN!

Anyone know of a class action suit I can join?
