Square up Complete scammers, Square up credit card scanner San Francisco California

I made the huge mistake of utilizing Square up for my small business to process credit card transactions for my customers.  After using them for over a month without incident they send me an email asking me to verify my account by sending in business documents, bank statements etc.  shorty after I comply I get an email from them stating they are terminating my account sand this decision is final.  The reason they will not divulge as sit is a privacy issue. WHAT?? There is no phone number to speak to anyone, and if you reply to the email you get an auto response not to reply.  Now them terminating my account is not the issue, the issue is they refuse to release thdr funds they are holding and state they will keep them for 90 days.  They have over $3000.00.

i unfortunately didn't review them until after this occurred and found over 500 Identical complaints with the BBB and countless others on other sites as well.  I have made a complaint with my states attorney general as well as the Federal Trade Commission, consumer reports etc.  This is crazy and because of some legal mambo jumbo they have in their terms and agreements, you can't even do a class action suit against them.  Reading several other people's complaints, their money has been held foup over a year!!!!! Unbelievable
