Stainsafe Inc ripoff Palm Beach Gardens Florida

I bought a four piece sectional couch in june 2002 and with it I also bought a 5 year warrenty. About 16 months later some of the stuffing inside started to fall down in the loveseat. So I called stainsafe and they had a "technician" come out and look at it. I never even talked to the guy and never seen him. So about a week later I get a letter in the mail saying "The peice to fix your couch will be mailed to you in 8 to 12 weeks and you have to fix it yourself." Basically is what the letter said so I thought OK. I was still a little pissed but I could handle that.

8 weeks passed 10 weeks passed on the 11th week I called them. I said "I'm moving to California(from Wisconsin). In a week I need to know where this piece is" He said "You have an adress in California don't you." Like a smart a*s. Keep in mind I have already waited almost 3 months so I thought ok 1 more week wont hurt anything I'll have it sent out there. I let 3 weeks go by before I called them in California. So i finally called them and they said "we don't carry that fabric any more so we can't fix your couch." I absoulty lost it I said "let me talk to your manager." He said "I can't I could put in a request for him to call you within 48hrs." So I said ok. About 5 requests later still no manager so I said "ok just give me my money back " he said " ok we can reimburse yuo for the couch all you have to to do is find a couch and let us know where it is and we will write you a check for that place of bisnuss". I said I want my money back.

Any way the only thing there going to replace is the loveseat in a different color and if you know what a sectional couch is you it's going to look retarded. So here it is 8 months later and there still giving the run around.
