Stainsafe Another Dissatisfied Customer Florida Beach Gardens Florida

In a nutshell, Stainsafe has ripped off another good customer. My leather couch only had a couple of small punctures on one seat cushion. I should be automatically considered for repairs, my situation pertained to every request they threw at me. So technically I have been refused due to my Limited Product Warranty which has been within the 5 years it was purchased. This company makes money by selling a faulty warranty. It's all a scam. I wouldn't even want to be associated at that company as an employee. When I confronted the furniture store where I bought the item, they were aware that Stainsafe was horrible to deal with and has not sold their warranty for some time now. Thanks for the heads up, so right now the furniture company to me is as bad as Stainsafe. If these were actual people instead of companies, they would be in jail for theft/fraud. Just like the robber with the get away driver. So I have learned my lesson either to reseach a company before I purchase any additions or not buy it at all. In the meantime, Stainsafe will continue to screw people over.
