Stainsafe Why Pay For Fraustration Palm Beach Florida 1 1/2 years is to long to wait for service ripoff Palm Beach Florida

Purchased 2 leather sofas from Steinhafels in Madison Wisconsin in Feb of 2003. Also purchased a 7 year protection plan from Stainsafe at that time.

In September of 2004 made a claim to stainsafe on both sofas. When the orginal replacement parts came they were missing a piece for one of the sofas. We reordered that piece at that time. While waiting for that piece I had to make another claim. Stainsafe said it was easier to replace that sofa then to get a tech out to look at it.

In the mean time I'm still waiting for the first part from the claim made in Sept. Called company more times then I care to say from Sept 2005 til present day ane still stainsafe cant seem to get it right. In the last year and a half I have recieved a part but when the tech came to replace it guess what Still Wrong Piece.

I've had it with stainsafe they took my money gladly But I think all I did was pay for fruastration.
