Stainsafe / La Z Boy Furniture warranty rip off Palm Beach Gardens Florida

I bought 2 leather chairs from la z boy in February of 2007 to help with my daughters allergies. I decided to purchase the warranty because I have a 3 year old and five year old.
In September of 2007 I filed a claim because my kids spilled koolaid and it stained the foot stool on the recliner. I was told they would send me some info and I would need to contact the company when I received it to make an appointment to have it cleaned. Well I did that and they told me that they no longer have a tech in my area. They claimed they would contact me in 3 to 5 days with a solution. Seven days later I called them back and was told they were working on it. It is now November and they have decided that they would replace my chair but, it would cost me $300.00 because they will only cover what I paid for them. I have already spent $1400.00 on the 2 chairs and the warranty and I don't have $300.00 more to give them.
I told them since this was not satisfactory I want my money back from the warranty and they told me to contact La Z Boy furniture which is who I bought the chairs from and they refuse to deal with me just like the assnine people at stainsafe. This company is a scam and I hope that there is an attorney out there who will file a lawsuit. And to let you furniture companies know if you are selling this warranty I hope it ruins your business. I have also vowed to continue to send a letter to the editor of my paper every week until someone does something about this.
