Stainsafe - Leather Master - Furniture Service Industries denied claim of a water spot on ottoman and a kool aid stain on sofa Palm Beach Gardens Florida

I informed the c/s dept of the two stains. The company said I should not have used water to wipe off a mud stain on ottoman. The Kool Aid stain was denied so I called back to speak to someone else and they said it was covered so I asked them why my claim was denied.

They told me that I stated it was an unknown stain. I told her there must have been some miscommunication it is a kool aid stain. I even asked the original c/s agent I spoke to why it wasn't covered when in the store demonstration it shows kool aid as a stain that would be covered under the warranty... the 2nd c/s agent said there was nothing she could do the claim was denied because it was originally filed as unknown.

The original c/s guy didn't fill out the claim correctly which cost me a sofa. They were rude and not helpful at all. They were really quick to deny it without getting the full detail into their claim. I purchased this sofa set at Value City Furniture and also purchased the STAINSAFE PROTECTION from them.
