Stainsafe ripoff company Palm Beach Gardens Florida

I have purchased dining room set from Macys in 2003 and also I have purchased Stainsafe. Last year I have filed a claim for the chair which have felled and the back of it had braked. My claim was denied by saying that it was improperly used. I have send complaint letter but got no response.

Few months ago I had several scratches on my table they have denied the claim saying that everyday scratches not covered.

In June I had a hot ring; the technician came by but could not repair. I had to call Stainsafe several times and they send me a letter that my claim is denied do to "failure to properly maintain the affected items" And will void my warranty. I have called them and being told to send a complaint letter.
