Stainsafe ripoff fail to respond to claim submission Palm Beach Gardens Florida

We purchased a sofa from Walker Furniture in Las Vegas, NV on 10/01/00 and at that time paid for a 7 yr extended warranty written with Stainsafe. On 8/2 we reported a claim by phone to the Stainsafe claims dept and subsequently faxed the necessary documentation to them. We did received confirmation of the claim and were given claim number 1229592 to reference.

Since that time we have called numerous times, only to be placed on hold for long periods of time and the subsequently disconnected without ever speaking with anyone. We have also emailed the company no less than 6 times, all of which received no response.

It would appear this company has been ripping consumers off for a long time and continue to do so. As soon as we can locate phone numbers & email information we intend to file complaints with the BBB both here in Las Vegas as well as Palm Beach Gardens.
