The web site leads you through a process that requires your financial information before you agree to the service, then charges you whether or not you complete it. In other words, if you decide you don't want the service they charge your card anyway, then refuse to fix what you think is an error. In my case I happened to be able to stop the payment but they came after me with a collections agency even though I never used the service.

The same thing happened to me. I was outraged. Signed up but Never used service. No idea they were charging me for 9 months. I waited until i wasnt so angry and called them to cancel my account. Done in 20 mins or so. I asked what he could do about the bill. $120. He said he would get it down to $69. He couldnt accept my payment due to account being closed so he told me to call the accounting guys. I called them and explained my story. They waived the entire $120.  Hope this helps you.
