i havent used there service sence aug 2011 and they have ben trying to charge my card ever sence then. saying i i now owe them over 160 evan thought i havent used there service from that time

UPDATE they called me back after i talked to a cs rep and the manager ended up giving me a full refund of my fee and closed my account (i havent used there service sence aug 2011 and they have ben trying to charge my card ever sence then. saying i i now owe them over 160 evan thought i havent used there service from that time)
