On our visit we spent $700 on 4 pairs of glasses, so to start they're false advertising of 2 for $69. Secondly, they screwed up all of our glasses. My fiance nor I could see through our glasses at all. Mine were that of a drunk goggle they make you wear in high school. It was ridiculous.

They missed his promissory date on both pairs. They gave us the incorrect contacts after we had already went back twice to find different ones that fit properly, then gave us the original ones that were wrong.

I went in to get my money back for our glasses and they refused, Alexis was her name and she was a condescending t**t. She told me the glasses we're made correctly, and they weren't. The base curve AND focal points were WRONG. Her retort was since the script was  "correct" I was wrong and they wouldn't give me my money back.

I'm quite upset at this point because some 20 yr old brat is pulling one over on us. I am very interested in a class action suite after having read all the complaints and ripoff this company has done. Their corporate office has a D+ with the BBB, which is no surprise.

In all my years of wearing glasses, I have NEVER had to return a pair. Their only purpose is to MAKE glasses and they can't even do that correctly. AVOID THIS PLACE!
