Ten (10) mths ago we ordered glasses at Stanton in Madison WI.  10 visits later - no glasses - out more than $900.  Poor quality - after many "adjustments" - we refused glasses - orders were never in as promised, part of order was in, or none of it was in.  "Re-do's" were even worse.  "Amanda" does  not return calls, emails or respond.  We filed WI BBB complaint, it was forwarded to Florida (home base) - we are still waiting for the promised refund.  If we had read these complaints, would never have gone to Stanton in the first place.  Rude sales staff.  One of the worst experiences we have ever had.  Made TEN trips to try to solve these issues.   I am beginning to think this Amanda is simply a name they hide behind.  One post to their facebook was deleted almost immediately.  DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.  Sounds like this is a repeat performance in other areas.
