Star Capital Securities Inc. claim that I won $125,000 and that my final check will be sent at a later time. Also they sent me a check for $4875.00 claiming that I need to call them first before cashing check. So I called, some guy answered and said I need to deposit the check into my bank and call him back to get the information as to where to send the $2975.00 to pay for the government taxes. My ticket serial No 38476075 Drew the luck winning no 38477889. My claim number JH/CA-0011. After talking to him I wanted to see if there was such a company so I Googled Star Capital Securities Inc. and what came up was the ripoff report. I just had this feeling that it was too good to be true. After reading another report I noticed that they had the same claim number, won the same amount and had the same amount in a check, and the same amount to be paid to the goverment for taxes. I'm just glad I checked into this before I took the check to the bank.
