I’m another victim of this scam. I was lucky to get the biggest offer so far I’ve seen here. I got this offer from an ADT sales woman , a  $1000 rebate($500 grocery and $500 Fuel ) each she said after producing the receipts will credit $20 to my credit card every month till it reaches 1000. I registered for this program on Oct 2010 by paying 2 bank drafts of $15.99. I started the claims for the refund  from Sep 2010 and till now I never got even a single one. The status shows pending and as per the terms and agreement it should get resolved in 30 days after producing the bill. I checked the status with the customer service( the email process) and every time you get the standard automated mail and after couple of hours you get another one saying “ thank you for the enquiry …. Unfortunately due to the popularity of this promotional program we are experiencing delay.    Please carry on with your other redemption months. Once your rebate is processes and approved we will issue the payment in the method that you have advised…… “  I just wanted to know whether this is an automated mail and send another mail to the email id and I got a reply saying that please contact customer service at 206 682 1589. 
Like the other report in this sections says,  they want us to get frustrated and stop making claims after 5 or 6 times. They may or may not give us the money for those claims that we made and keep the rest of it with them. That is in addition to the registration fee that paid. There are many people getting cheated by this scam. The same day when I got the ADT connection she said she did it for 6 other homes in the neighborhood. I’m thinking of options to proceed with consumer complaint of WA at https://fortress.wa.gov/atg/formhandler/ago/ComplaintForm.aspx and see how it goes from there. 
Any other options ?
