I paid $12.95 to join this rebate program. I was to get $20.00 a month in rebates until I reached a max of $500.00 total n grocery rebates.
To date this company is 9 months behind in issuing me my rebates and every time I contact them they just have a standard reply that they are "behind" with no anticipated "catch up" date.
Well, they have made no progress since September of 2010 so I'm convinced that they have simply stopped issuing the promised rebates to the people that joined. Something is going on that they do not want to disclose and I'm looking for anwers if anybody has them.
DO NOT JOIN THIS ORGANIZATION. It appears that other posters here haven't received ANY rebates at all from them. At least I covered my cost of joining and now I'm just wasting money sending in the forms every month to meet their guidelines and deadlines.
I'm going to report them to the BBB as well and see if I can get answers.

How to handle Star Rebates

This has worked for me.
E-mail consumer rights advocate Amy Clancy @ KIRO TV she is exposing these people aclancy@kirotv.com They have ripped me off too. She will respond promptly to your e-mail. It's probably mail fraud. Also you can e-mail the Attorney General a complaint using the following link: www.atg.wa.gov/fileacoplaint.aspx
Good Luck
PS: I e-mailed the AG a few months ago and got my first 3 cards. I had to email them again recently.
