I was sold on this through an ADT representantive through one of there sister companies called ELITE...the people at ELITE were very rude to me when I wanted to have a cancellation to my contract when I explained that the star rebates company which they used as there marketing tool would never answer the phone or do as promised...only sent one refund and I have been a "member" since september 2010. I am upset with both Elite and star rebates for the poor service. the old saying, "if it sounds too good to be true" really hits home this time. Elite refuses to let me out of my adt contract and star rebates is a total scam. Do not listen to any representative selling any "loyalty club".

i was ripped off by Star Rebates and Elite Security too!

i was ripped off by a door-to-door sales guy for Elite Security and now i am locked into a 3 year contract which they refuse to cancel or even lower the payments for their false advertising.
