Starving Students starving Students Moving Unprofessional, horrific, incompetent Los Angeles, California

Yesterday the driver of one of their box trucks flung the door open as I was driving by and knocked off my side mirror which consequently damaged my passenger window. After waiting for two hours for the police to show up, since the driver refused to let me write down the insurance information we discover that their insurance card was expired, along with their registration. During the two hours of waiting I was harrased by both the driver and his bum partner. I have witnesses and their phone number to validate the harassment I received.

Also. While waiting I left two voicemails with the company and I had one representative hang up on me as I explained the incident. Melanie Thompson contacted my fianc today and stated that it was our word against theirs and the driver insisted I hit their side mirror (impossible considering my car is lower) Melanie had the WORST attitude imaginable and complained that she was supposed to be on vacation.

Since the conversation wasn't going far with her I called the corporate office again to get in contact with her higher-up. She insisted that everyone was out of the office, which I found puzzling considering it was 530 and they close at 7) after being relentless and stating I was getting my lawyer involved Monday she put me thru to Paeda. He sent me his contact info and I have also received an email from Lisa M. Whom assured me this will be resolved tomorrow. After reading these terrible reviews I am wondering if it actually will be. I have pictures and witnesses and I know that if they don't cooperate I will be seeing them in court. How are these importers still in business?!?
