Starving Students Deceived by reviews and length of time business has been operating Tacoma, WA Nationwide

Husband chose this company because they were lower in cost, in business a long time and reviews were heavier on the positive scale but we were totally deceived.

Our furniture spent ten days in a truck out in the rain sitting in their parking lot. When we received our belongings the drivers said our furniture and boxes had been mis-handled, thrown around and not packed properly. These two wrapped our nice furniture in heavy blankets and plastic wrap but the way things were first handled had already broken, scratched and gouged so many items. There is no way our Ethan Allen furniture can be repaired because of the gouges and scratches. 

I filed a claim but it has been two weeks with no reply. I included photos and verificaton of the cost of damaged items. We used our credit card and are thinking of filing a request for a charge-back for damaged items.

I warn people not to use this company unless you don't care about you belongs.
