State Farm Insurance Company dishonest business practices and unwilling to concede liability even after admitting negelgence in front of arbitrators Beach Park/Waukegan Illinios

On 1/3/01 Mr Rodger Boulanger hit my 91 nissan maxima and put a very large dent in the rear of the car and also knocked out the tail light covering . So the average bear can see he must have hit me pretty hard. Mr Boulanger was asked to speak my insurance company Progressive insurance . He came to the phone and lied to my insurance company and told them I was driving fast. I was hurt
I informed his insurance company after I returned to good health.

Here we are 12/29/04 and this case is still pending .Now the Arbitrators saw fit to award me 4300 and sided with me. Mr Boulanger would rather sit on his duff lie with his lawyer and keep shunning his responcibility.The sad thing about this story is why pay for a car you did not hit state farm did , nineteen hundred and so many dollars , Now just that sum alone tells you about the dent. Now state farm had the gaul to offer 600.00 after My treatments and loss of work for weeks. Why offer anything if you are not neglegent. People that are not guilty don't have to make offers or pay when you are right you stand on the truth and let the cards fall where the truth lies. Now State farm feels after all this time 1000.00 should do why raise it and that was offer in front of the arbitrators in waukegan . Why ADMIT NEGLEGENCE after all this time . Because they've been lying all the time that's why and they don't want to take respocibility for what happen or what Mr Boulanger did to me that day. case # Court file :04 AR 996 and that's waukegan Illinios the State farm I know is dishonest and always will be.
