After destroying my life and forcing me to get an attorney they sent me a letter a few weeks ago to offer me a settlement of $3000.00 over medical bills I have to pay back and I still have to have 3 more surgeries from accident that would be my pain suffering lost wages etc all this because I had dropped my Attorney again WOW they just keep amazing me .This was a total farce and a slap in the face of my Attorney who I still have I was also told by a former State Farm Adjuster /now attorney the State Farm Adjuster ran the statute of limitations so he would not have to pay claim so it would not show on his loss ratio that way the Adjuster gets a higher raise next year at my expense. With all I have suffered I did not need to hear this so now I must wait almost an entire year for court in November 2014. I now have to figure out to exist with a borrowed car, no credit now because of medical collections ,no job and now existing in an old office thanks State Farm. The sad part is they gave a medical advance to one of my former cabinet builders because his son was a pro baseball player and the State Farm Insured demanded they help him they paid his lost wages house payment and living expenses but not any thing for me. My third Christmas with nothing can't even hold Grandkids because of the MERSA  infection I contracted in the Emergency Room. So just a word to the wise watch out for deceptive practices from State Farm I have now decided to go around to the back door and use my relationship with the state Attorney General ,the news media and local churches to get the word out myself if enough people with legitimate complaints join together we could accomplish a lot toward this abuse my own church has over 5000 members alone just one write up with pictures in bulletin would drive home the message. 

State Farm accepted liab Oct of 2011 clear Rear End accident little girl asleep after party and Hit me! Have a documented TBI that keeps me falling cant work as home builder went from $250k to nothing intestins into pubic wall rotator cuff torn MERSA in ER ACL  ripped off knee after over 50 major falls and impailings surgery did not hold fell again have to be cut again plus rotator cuff suffered with swollen leg 1 year before I could afford surgery. Homes and investment houses all FORCLOSED on cars repossed pawned all gold etc just to eat can't get Food stamps because spouse works part time job to pay power and gas now we are living in an old office on the bad side of town with a borrowed car and our little dog praying when they shoot at the windowes on Fri & Sat night where not in range no way to live. I have worked hard to get where I was now to loose it all including millions in life insurance I had for 20 plus years. STATE FARM does not care  2 years and well over $100k in medicals not to mention lost wages & loss of Consortiu with spouse I can't even hold my Grandkids or go to gym for up to 5 years because of the MERSA concentration in my system. Can't walk without 2 leg braces now because of the falling how long does it take to do the right thing I had to file suit because they were trying to let my statute of limitations run. I can only hope and pray no one else has to deal with State Farm and Adj Grider the way I have.
