THE REP THAT FINALLY CALLED ME BACK WAS RUDE AND REFUSED TO LET ME SPEAK TO ANYONE ELSE. SAID I COULD NOT REFUSE OR RETURN THE SHIPMENT FOR REFUND AS IT WAS AGAINST COMPANY POLICY. I ASKED HER TO STOP THE SHIPMENT AND SHE SAID SHE COULDN'T DO THAT EITHER, B.S.

I WORK FOR A MANUFACTURING COMPANY AND WE RETREIVED SHIPPED PACKAGES ALL THE TIME. NEVER AUTHORIZED THE $99.95 THEY CHARGED TO MY ACCOUNT AND NEVER RECEIVED ANY PRODUCT THEY SAID THEY SHIPPED. TOTAL COMPLETE RIPOFF!
