I ordered Lipoplex on-line. I had notice in fine print that if I did not call within 14 days that I would be put on auto-payment for $99.95. That night I called and spoke to someone and she told me not to worry that it was taken care of. I had checked my account 15 days after. I could not believe when I saw that they had charge my account.

I called them and they gave me the run around. As a matter of fact the operator was going to hang up on me! I talked to a supervisor and she told me (their exact words) The product is mine and they cannot take it back! I told them I would not open the box I do not want it. They said there was nothing they can do but take me off auto payment and she gave me a cancellation number.

OH you must ask for a cancellation number! Do not bother getting someones name because the next day they tell you that person does not work there! I have been going back and forth with this company. I am waiting for the product and plan to send it back certified. I have notified my credit card company! I am trying to find another way to let other people know to not deal this with company! Something needs to be done!
