I told the guy EXACTLY what I wanted, I even had part number and the specifics writen down. They didnt have what I wanted in stock, they didnt have much of anything in stock so they guy started upselling me on a DVD, navigation, etc. After he recomended something more of what I was looking for they started the install, I wanted tint, headunit that does XM, MP3 and had a remote, and a viper alarm that has remote start.

I wrote all this down for them. upon receipt of the vehicle I realized the alarm did not have remote start and I was told Id have to pay another $190 for the remote start module, and then he said hed include the install, like he was doing me a favor, ha. Then the headunit didnt have a remote! They told me all sales are final and there was nothing they would do for me, lastly the tint was cut wrong and had to be re done, those guys argued with me the hole time I was there (about 2 hrs) having the tint redone, saying they were right and I was wrong, as if I dont know what I want? I was mislead into buying something I didnt want, the product was mis represented, they did not make a happy customer, and they seem to have no interest in helping me.

BE CAREFUL WITH THESE GUYS!, Theyll ride you hard and then hang you out to dry once they get your $$$.
