Buyer be ware.....my husband thought he was upgrading my wedding set and was given money from my wedding set toward a new set. It was a surprise so we needed to get one in the correct size. My husband wanted to order one since the wedding band was a " channel" setting and he was leery of them sizing it. The manager assured us that it would be fine to size rather than ordering one molded in the correct size. We were told a week to ten days. Three weeks later I got the ring back, only to discover it still was not the correct size. They recommended ring guards. After a couple weeks we discovered the diamonds in the wedding band were loose, we insisted they order the correct size, they did and I woretheoriginal until the new one came in and sure enough three diamonds fell out. I took my ring in faithfully for the inspections, and low and behold not even a year later the diamonds are loose again in the band and the main stone on the engagement ring. When I expressed my unhappiness the sales person was very nasty and stated " that's to be expected ". Never had a problem with my original wedding set in thirteen years. I have spent alot time on the phone with the useless home office. I asked for a refund or credit toward something else and they won't do it. I don't think I should have to give up my wedding set every couple months for repair. I dropped it off on November 7,2012 the promise date was nov 20, 2012. Today is December 20,2012 and when I just called they said another two - six weeks. Do not put yourself through the stress of dealing with this company. They are all about themselves and not the customer. As soon as I get my wedding set back we are immediately going to another jeweler and getting rid of it. Rest assured it will not be JB Robinson or any odors affiliates. Do your research and save the headache that you will endure by doing business with this company. One last thing, I can not prove it but I swear my second ring did not have the same quality diamonds as the first.
