My wife had suffered a life altering injury in March 2004 which has left us attemptng to cover bases financially. In March 2006 about 2 weeks before the original introduction seminar she suffered another slip and fall resulting in a concussion and mild injury for which she was hospitalized over night.
She saw the storesonline information as an opportunity to maintain some income resources after the lecture and so called dinner held in Fredericton NB CANADA.
On April 4th 2006 we attended the full day seminar in Moncton and were treated to a late dinner and handouts. Our free consultation identified as an opportunity to hear our ideas and quickly develop them into something these so called professionals cited as "brainstorming" consisted of a 5 to 10 minute talk about finances and my wifes injurys.
There was no brainstorming about our ideas. Just that the contact person knew we could make this happen. Smoothe talkers to someone who felt that they may be loosing their ability to be productive in the daily workforce.
Since we laid 1000 dollars down for a deposit and are now paying a monthly credit card bill we have goten nothing from STORESONLINE better known as SOL.
Then it got worse.
Several affiliate members of SOL called our house.
The first one identified himself and named the company he worked for. The product lines were 6 and we would have to take all 6 or none - and we had 24 to 48 hours to make our mind up at 24.95 a month per site to help us get some cash flow going. He left his name, company name and number.
Within about 10 to 20 minutes we had a second caller stating affiliation with SOL and when my husband announced that he had just been contacted by another company moments ago the phone went dead.
My husband thought the connection was lost and attmepted to identify the number activating the last caller feature.
The caller had in fact hung up Upon activating the caller ID program my husband wrote the number down on a sheet of paper. He hung up and did this search again. Recording the same number down

US "someone from stores online just called us but we lost the call, something about a partnership opportunity???"
US "someine about offering business partnerships a one time thing for 100$"
US "the # is 801 3770 570 does that sound familuar"
SOL "One moment please let me take a look at that"
US "we just tried to call it back and it states that the number has been disconnected or no longer in service, this is becoming overwhelming, so much money and people are calling looking for more and more"
SOL "Actually, Mserve is one of our affiliate companies. They
also offer ready-to-use storefronts with products already."
SOL "It would really depend on you if you'll get their services or not."
SOL "yes you are right however there is another group who's web site is securemserrve.com that is not mserve and they are not"
US "but they are calling people looking for money to set up sites"
SOL "They are one and the same. Mserve's website is www.
securemserve.com
US "according to Joy H. from emserve it is not. the number on securemserve.com is not recognized by emserve and the guy who called us wanted us to buy all six sites whereas emserve you do not have to, the prices are different as well, emserve is 45 and mserve is 150.00 a month.
US "the person you got to call us did not know any Brett who called us earlier and what he told us was completely different than what Joy (who called us by your request) had to tell us
SOL "We need to clarify this things with our upper management just to be sure"
SOL "And i'lll e-mail you the result to US@nb.aibn.com
SOL "is that your e-mail address?"
US "yes it is"
US "thank you"
interestingly enough the pressure tactics used in the sales seminar sell a supportive network of business associates and connections on building a successful internet store.
but who do we trust when phone calls hit this level and nobody knows who is who in the zoo.
If there is any method of not being sued for ending the relationship with this comapany peacefully and going back to a normal life could someone please let me know.
I believe that I may have done just ended my famlies dreams.
All stemming out of feeling insucure about my own future as a result of the injuries occuring in 2004 and the latest recorded head injury received March 3 2006 a couple of weeks all this took place.
Sound mind and body I was not at the time of signing the agreement - this I now know.
