Stormpay fraud ripoff Clarksville Tennessee

My english is bad - please be patient.

At the start of 2006, I've payed 250 U$ trough Stormpay to a bad merchant. Few days later I've opened a file against that merchant.

Stormpay have accepted to return to me the money but was only a trick : when I've tried to withdrawal the funds, my Stormpay's account was 0 U$ - the history report a chargeback with status "completed", but the money never come back to me.

Stormpay first reply to my requests of informations with a lot of lies - now they just dont reply.

Is my opinion that they have said lies from the begin - they know well that I have only 30 days for request to my credit card company a refund - their target was only take time.

The merchant was Dr. Minas Ashley - the first frauder, helped from Stormpay. I cant be 100% sure that money are in Minas pockets, but I think so.

Interesting, Stormpay and Dr. Minas was both certified by NETIBA (www.netiba.com), that should help us to avoid frauds. Netiba'address is Clarksville - the same of Stormpay.

At the start of 2006 both have the Netiba logo on the main page, now has been deleted. Even Stormpay during the payment process report Minas account like Netiba certified (green status). Netiba said :

I can't be sure that Netiba was in this game, but a good question is: why netiba is not interested to protect his logo and reputation? Is only able to discharg a member when there are problems? I would be worried if someone use my name without my authorization. Netiba don't care about it; strange!

I suggest to all to stay far from these sites - especially Consultdrminas and Stormpay.The first is dangerous, the second expensive.
