stormpay.com, StormPay STORM PAY HAS RIPPED ME OFF!!! Tennessee

After recent events involving StormPays freezing of 100s of internet site's funds I decided to withdraw my money from my account with StormPay for safety sake. I was too late. They had performed a "chargeback" and taken what money was in my account and given it to 12DailyPro claiming the source of the funds were 12DailyPro. THEY WERE NOT. In fact, the source of those funds has been two personal friends who transferred funds to my account and commissions earned from StormClix.

After sending them several so called "Help Tickets" advising them of this and demanding the money be returned to my account I am still waiting to get a response.

As of today, I have been unable to get on the site via the internet. I constantly get a "Page Not Available". Could it be that they have stolen everyone's money and closed the site down? I believe that to be the case.

Luckily for me it was not alot of money however, I know that others have suffered substantially. I do not intend to take this lying down and would appreciate it if there is anyone out there who knows how to put me in touch with an attorney or anyone else who may be considering legal action.
