Streamntv schumacher enterprises sold a streaming box that stopped working within 5 days of purchase. Despite many calls and several emails, no tech support response. Last email from them they claim I never asked for tech support and I passed the time to return for refund , 1 week. myrtle beach South Carolina

The streaming box they sold me stopped working on day 5.  When I called for tech support, I got voice mail.  Despite leaving messages, I never got a response.  On about the 5th or 6th try, I got a person on the phone who claimed to be busy but he would call me back within a half hour.  He never called back.  When I repeated another email asking for help, they emailed me back saying I had never asked for any tech support and I should call the same number I had been calling for the past 3-4 days.  They wrote in the email they would only do an exchange, but that I should again call that same number for help.  On the website, they claim to give a refund if a problem arose in the 1st week.  Even now, i get only voice mail when I call...and no call back.
