My husband and I discovered Success Credit Services at a real estate seminar. Success Credit Services was endorsed by the company that held the real estate seminar. Tracy Ballard claimed to have an 'in with the people at the 3 credit bureaus' and could easily and successfully remove derogatories from anyone's credit reports. She also claimed that results were guaranteed.

Success Credit Services wanted about $4,000 in order to repair our credit. We paid the fees up front and got little to no results except a scary letter about a security breach from one of their ex-emloyees. They kept avoiding our phone calls and when we did reach them they kept telling us to 'be patient'. Finally, when we demanded results, and of course we got none, they became very distant. They did not return our phone calls and of course we did not get a refund. We feel that this company is fraudulent and Tracy Ballard should go to jail.
