I received a call from Clay Taylor of Omni Business Solutions regarding setting up a website and that they would provide all the training needed to get the site up and running and making money. The cost of the the training for the website was $4700. Mr. Taylor indicated that the initial investment would be $1500 (which I charged to two different credit cards) and I could pay the remainder over several years at $114/month (financed through Universal Account Servicing, LLC) and that their would be a $39.00/month website hosting fee (paid to Omni Business Solutions). I indicated to Mr. Taylor that I was unemployed and did not have the money to invest in a new Internet business. He indicated that the website would start paying for itself within several months and that the training provided would be everything needed to get the site up and running and making money within several months to cover the costs of owning the website. In any event after much prodding by Mr. Taylor, I decided to give it a shot and move forward. Big mistake on my part

The training lasted 6 weeks, via telephone and the trainer would call once a week and spent about 30 minutes or less discussing various aspects of getting the website up and running. Needless to say after 6 weeks when the training ended, we still did not have a website that could generate income. I was left on my own to complete the site. I feel that for the $4700 that I was charged, training should have continued until I had a website that was capable of generating an income.

Needless to say, after the initial $1500 investment, I have not made any additional payments to this company and will not. I also cancelled the website hosting fee as well as the website. This company did not provide adequate training as promised to get my website up and running, let alone a website that could generate income.

I have not tried to get a refund, especially after looking at all the other unsuccessful attemps made by those in a similar situation as me. I will be more careful in the future and go with my better judgement, rather than be suckered in by a grandiose sales pitch.
