Summit Lending Corp, took me for $1600. I told them my situation with my lender, that I needed an loan modification. They said they could help me with a loan modification and lower my interest rate. This all took place on 5/27/2009 when I authorize them to represent me with my mortage company. After talking with my mortage company for several months, they inform me that this company was not part of the companies that they do business with. I am now working with my mortage company to repair the damage to my loan modification, that is if we can work it out my chances are not very good at this point. They also gave me the number to the Federal Trade Commission for Consumer Response. I have a complaint with them. Also give me an government loan modification program, that work with people that has been rip off by companies like Summit Lending Corp.
