Summit Lending Corp Scam Artist Internet

I paid Summit Lending Corp $2000.00 to help me with my home loan modification.  This was done back in May 2009.  They said that they would take care of everything for me and not to make any payments or talk to my mortgage company.  I had a written and signed contract with Summit that if they could not get my loan modified I would get my money back.  I have never seen a penny from this company or anything else. I kept getting letters from my mortgage company with foreclosure notices.  I would call Summit and they would contact my mortgage company and the letters would stop for a little while. The agent that I had been dealing with had called me from her cell phone number at one time and I kept the number.  So when I could not get anyone at the office I called her cell phone and she hung up on me.  Then I had my daughter call the cell phone number and act like my attorney.  The agent told my daughter that she had quite Summit due to she was not getting paid. This company is the biggest scam artist that I have ever had any dealings with.  I am now in the process of having to hire another company to help me with my modification.  I had contacted my lender and they would not do a modification for me.  I have to get a modification due my interest rate is over 11% and my payments are so high.  My husband has been laid off so I can not make these high payments.  I just want everyone to know what a scam artist these people are.
