Summit Merchant Solutions First American Payment Biggest Rip Off Scam Artists Fort Worth Texas

On February 9,2008,MIke Willis (214)-202-3401 a Summit Merchant Solution representative signed my business up for credit card services.He collected $200 for the equipment he said I needed.I was promised that the service would be hooked up shortly.After several days of no service and broken promises and the run around from the companies reps,I cancelled the account.

I was promised by Mike Willis that he would take care of the cancellation.

My bank account was charged $35.40 for the services that was supposed to have been cancelled.I again spoke with Mike Willis,who said he was no longer dealing with the company and referred me to a supervisor Jarod (888) 590-1863.Jarod assured me that he would close the account and credit me a refund 2 weeks later,the account is still active and no refund was issued,I then spoke with another supervisor Sheniqua (469)546-1015 who assured me that she would personally take care of closing the account and issuing a refund.It has been over a month and this company has yet to close the account or issue a refund.

I should have read Ripoff Report warning before I signed,but even when I caught the rip off,I was too late .
