SUMMIT MERCHANT SOLUTIONS We no longer have the lease on the credit card machine but they are still taking 64.08 a month out of our bank account. This has been going on for 10 months. SMS says to call the company that they con Fort Worth, Texas

My husband and I own a small Fitness Center in Kentcky and a Summit Rep came by to talk to us. We decided to help our struggling business to go ahead and try out the credit card machine. After a couple months, we decided it was too much to spend since our customers rarely used their cards. So our daughter, who also has a small business decided since I couldn't get out of our contract that she thought it might be more beneficial to her. So we contacted the rep. that set us up. He said ,"We can help you out." So that was 10 months ago. Now they are not only taking $64.08 out of our acct each month they are taking it out of our daughters acct. also.(for one  machine).

So they are withdrawing it from two accts. I have contacted Summit Merchants and they couldn't help me but I needed to contact LSG finance who is the company they contract to lease their credit card machine. So I contacted them. They could hardly understand English. They said there was nothing they could do because I had a contract, which was transfered to our daughter and I need to contact Summit Merchants. So I have been adviced by legal to contact Ky State Police which I am doing. I would not recommend this company to anyone. If you are a big company who contracts anything out both parties should really have the same story.
