Summit Office Supply sent and billed for toner we did not order at an outragious price Austin Texas

I first got a call from an individual representing hisself as James Douglas and that he works for the company that we have a copy machine contract with. He said he was verifing the model number to order our toner.

I then received another call the following day from an individual saying he was sending a case of toner for our copier. I did not think this seemed quite right because we never get a case at a time, so I called to verify with our contractor and was informed none of this was from them.

When I received the box of toner it was only one toner (I sent it back)and then I received a bill for $500.00.
