Summit Office Supply Received phone call from company inquiring about our toner supply. They advised that we had just received a shipment and that we would be needing more. Los Angeles, California

We received a call from a toner company advising that our office had just received toner for one of our machines.  The person advised that we were going to be needing toner for our other machines in the office.  They asked me to confirm the models of the copiers.

Once I confirmed the models of the copiers, I was advised that a shipment would be coming from the wharehouse and that we were under a contract for toner.  We were also advised that because we were under a "contract" that we would not be charged per toner. 

When we received the toner, there was an invoice in the amount of $500.46 for one (1) toner.  This company is NOT our supplier for toner.  When we tried to contact the company, Summit Office Supply, we only got the voicemail.  We left numerous messages, without any return phone calls.  We also tried to contact the wharehouse where the box was shipped from.  The telephone number that we found for this company, as there was not one on the box, is a fax number.
