This company called and identified themselves as being with Xerox and that they were sending our replacement toner. Our toner is replenished automatically but we are notified when new toner is shipping.

I received the toner a couple of days later and then a bill for $795.72!

I called and left message telling them I would not pay for this and faxed back invoice saying they had been reported.
