Summit Office Supply Fraudulent Invoice for Toner Austin Texas

We received numerous invoices claiming we received one toner cartridge for $603.06 on April 16, 2009. We never "originally" ordered any toner from this Company. We only purchase toner from the company that sold us our copier and maintains it as well. We spoke to Sara on 5/1/09 and she apologized for the error and would take our Company name of their list.

We've received about six other invoices with a stamp stating "PAST DUE". We've also received very unprofessional phone calls demanding payment. They stated they had a voice recorded message ordering the toner originally from one of our staff. When asked to have proof of this recording, the representative hung-up the phone on our staff member. This company apparently has listened to our phone message with all our staff members names and titles.

They have also faxed copies of PAST DUE invoices to three other staff members demanding payment of a product that was never ordered or received. We have sent them a final letter from Mrs. Fyfe, co-owner, explaining our situation and requesting further proof that the toner cartridges were ordered by the staff member (voice recorded), that has no authority to order office supplies in the first place.
