i bought a corolla from sun toyota 2 years ago. they sent me numerous leters stating that if i traded in the cotrolla which was at 8.25% interest, i would qualify g for 0% interest. they ao called my home and stated the same interest rate of 0%. i toldf the car salesman i was there for the zero interest. i test drove a camry with a backup camera and fog lights. the car i ended up leaving with had neither. when i checked the loan papers, they had charged me 10.44% interest,i feel sun toyota did a bait and switch on the car and the lopan. how are they allowed to do that? they think old people will accept their fraud and get tied and go away. not me. how dare they!!!

Fraud??

Why did you leave with a different car? If it wasn't the car you drove, don't accept it. Why did you not read your contract? If it wasn't the terms you were quoted, don't accept it. No fraud here, just a lack of due dilligence on your part. Bottom line--if it's not what you were told or what you wanted, don't take it. No one is forcing you to. The dealer did what you let them get away with.
