Sunlit Daisy doesn't fulfill orders Internet

 My 16 year old daughter made a purchase from Sunlit Daisy website at the end of November.  She contacted them several times and they just said it was on the way and finally provided tracking.  Tracking showed the package never arrived at destination.  I emailed the company several times and they said it wasn't their problem it was a USPS issue.  I contacted the postal service, filed a claim for a search.  They called and told me they were not able to locate the package and tjat the shipper would have to file a claim as until it reaches it's final destination the package was still theres.  I emailed Sunlit Daisy multiple times with no response.  No credit to my daughters account.  Phone number listed on site isn't set up to receive calls.
