Sunlit Daisy Poor Quality - NO Customer Service - NO REFUNDS/NO RETURNS - Should have reviewed policies prior to ordering Internet

I ordered a phone case from this company, according to the website they are based in Los Angeles, CA.  The case arrived in a hand written envelope, no invoice enclosed,  mailed from an address in MA. 

The case is extremely poor quality, offers ZERO protection, looks like what I see at the Dollar Store, however, I paid $20.25, plus $5.99 postage. (actual postage attached three stamps in the amount of $2.52).

The website looks legit, so I did not even think to review policies (my fault).  Only after I received my order, in very unprofessinal packing without an invoice, did I search through website for return/refund policies, only to find they don't stand behind their products, NO REFUNDS/NO RETURNS.

This appears to be a home based business,  sunlitdaisy.com, selling inferior products.  This is not a legitimate store, more suited for ETSY or EBAY.
