I placed an order for 2 phone cases on July 15th. On July 24th, I emailed them to ask where my items were. I received no reply until 3 emails and 3 days later. They said my order was ready to be shipped. I would receive a tracking number.
I have called them and it goes right to voicemail which is not set up. I have emailed them several times asking for the tracking number and have received no reply. I have also read several statements on their social media pages
from unhappy customers who have placed orders and went through the same issues. They had no problem of taking my money off of my card but cannot deliver or refund. Their website even says they will not give refunds at all
I am out $50 and so are quite a few others.

Finally received items and they are so cheap I am dumbfounded.
$20 for a case that is just junk, but it was for my young teen neices so I thought they would like them. Completely disappointed and will never shop from there again.

Your out $50, whether your order ships or not. I ordered a phone case from this "company" extremely poor quality, I wanted to return it only to find NO RETURNS/NO REFUNDS available. Based on the unprofessional packing, no invoice in the package, this "business" appears to be home based.
