Stay away from Suntan City!!!! This business commits fraud by stealing money from your checking account that is not legally theirs. They do not give you a copy of your contract, then when your contract is up they continue to take money from your bank account. Good luck trying to get it back!! They will tell you it is an open ended contract and since you did not cancel then you owe them. Never mind that you have never shown up at their business to tan, they still illegally take money that is not theirs. Check out all of the other online complaints to see what I say is true. Disputing with my bank this fraudulent stealing of my money, filing a complaint with the better business bureau and giving reviews all over the internet. If you used your debit card you will need to cancel that card because if not Suntan City will continue to take money from your checking account. Would like to get enough people together that have experienced this same problem for a class action lawsuit. Contact me if interested.
