Suntan City Won't return refund Nationwide

 Called company on 4/10 asking for a refund.  They asked for debit card number since I paid membership in full & I was told 3-5 business days.  Called again on 4/17 because still no money & was told 7-14 business days & a check would be mailed.  I said no, it should go back on my account, so I gave my card number again & was told I would have the refund on 4/21.  Still no money on 4/21 so called again.  Again was told 7-14 business days & the request was put in on 4/14.  I said no, I called on 4/10.  Well, for some reason it was denied so submitted again on 4/14.  That's not my fault if it was denied!  It's now 4/29 & still no money.  they owe me $300, which is now causing me a financial hardship.  I submitted a claim with BBB & company replied that a check for $286 was sent to me.  I replied that I have no check or refund in my account & the amount should be $300.  BBB replied that company has made a reasonable attempt & are posting the claim as resolved.  How is it resolved when I don't have my refund yet!  This company is ripping me off!
