SunTrust Mortgage ripoff ruined my credit! Atlanta Georgia

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
When closing on the sell of my condo, the title company I was working with wired the payoff amount to SunTrust on the 30th of March, as to be sure that it arrived on the 31st so I did not have to make that months payment. SunTrust did indeed receive the money on the 31st but logged it into their system as being received on April 1st, thus making me delinquent on my mortgage payment and ruining my credit. When I tried to talk to someone about it I got the run-around and then they said they had already reported me to the credit bureaus and could not reverse it, that I would have to go through them to get it taken off.

This happened to me as well. I was able to get a copy of the FEDEX delivery verification (with TIME/DATE/ & who signed)that the closing attorney had on file verifying receipt of payoff funds to the lender. With this, I was able to get the "30 day late" corrected.
