Super 8 79 year old Veteran billfold was stolen out of room Springfield Ohio

My 79year old Veteran mom left her billfold under her pillow and forgot it at check out. Around 2 hours later we realised we had left it there and called the motel to have them hold it. The lady who answered the phone said it was not there so I asked to speak to the manager and was told he was not there so we left our phone number for him to call us. After several min. my father called and left his number also.After several calls and being told the manager was not there after calling for 3 days straight I asked the lady who was taking our calls for her name and was hung up on. The manager never called us back. A police report was filed for the only person who knew about the billfold was the lady who answerd the phone.
